1 — What days are available for photo sessions?
I offer outdoor photo sessions on weekends at two time slots: from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. and from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., taking advantage of the best natural light.
For indoor sessions, I am available at any time during the weekend.
During the week, I am only available in the mornings for certain specific photo sessions.
2 — Who chooses the outdoor locations?
I have some specific locations where I usually do the photo sessions, but if you have any suggestions or preferences, I’d be happy to consider them.
3 — How can I book?
You need to send me a message to confirm the availability of the date and make a deposit of 25% of the selected package. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 75% must be paid on the same day as the session.
4 — What happens if I need to cancel my session?
If an unforeseen circumstance arises, such as a family member being sick or personal reasons, you can reschedule the session as long as you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, the reservation deposit will be kept.
5 — Is there any preparation before the photo session?
Yes, once you have scheduled the date, we will review any references you may have and coordinate the wardrobe and other details for the session.
6 — How many photos will I receive?
It depends on the photo package you choose. You will always have the option to select more photos for an additional cost.
7 — Who chooses the final photos?
I make the initial selection, and then I will send you a gallery with watermarks for you to choose the final photos. No work is delivered without retouching.
8 — Will I receive printed photos?
The packages do not include this service.
9 — How long will it take to receive the final work?
Once you make your selection, the final work will be delivered within a maximum of 7 business days from that date.
10 — How many people can participate in the session?
In any package, up to 6 people can participate at no additional cost. Any additional person will have a fee of 20 dollars each. This extra amount must be paid along with the second payment.
11 — If I have questions that are not listed here?
